You like layered strategy
You enjoy moving fleets on a larger map and making tactical decisions when battles begin.
INCOMING COMMANDER BRIEFING
Designed for iPad, Battle Astra is a turn-based space strategy game where you command a war across star sectors, then take control of individual ships when fleets collide. I’m inviting a small group of players to help test it.
Designed for iPad · Apple-only beta for now · Limited invitations
WHO THIS IS FOR
The best tester isn’t necessarily the person with the most free time. It’s the person who already likes this kind of game and can explain what worked—and what didn’t.
You enjoy moving fleets on a larger map and making tactical decisions when battles begin.
You can point out when a rule, control, label, or result isn’t as understandable as it should be.
I’m looking for useful, honest reactions—not praise. Short, specific feedback is perfect.
TWO LEVELS OF COMMAND
Battle Astra shifts between a strategic campaign map and close tactical engagements.
STRATEGIC
Build fleets, plot routes, capture valuable sectors, and decide where your faction can afford to fight.
TACTICAL
Activate individual ships, divide power among systems, maneuver through hazards, and choose when to attack or retreat.
YOUR FIRST ASSIGNMENT
Start with one Quick Battle or begin a campaign.
Use the game naturally. Don’t study the manual unless you want to.
Tell me what was fun, unclear, slow, surprising, or broken.
REQUEST TESTFLIGHT ACCESS
Send a short note with one or two strategy games you enjoy and the iPad model you’d use. If the current test group is a good match, I’ll reply with the TestFlight invitation.
